What to pack for a trek in the Himalayas... and recommendations

When you are planning a trek in the Himalayas it can difficult to know where to start! Sometimes it can be daunting knowing what to pack or what not to pack so hopefully this post can give you a bit of direction!


We will break it down into 'clothes' and 'others'. Here I will place the full list of equipment I would give to all my clients joining on a Himalayan trek with some of those highlighted and recommendations given underneath.   • Snacks (own personal snacks you know you will enjoy)

  • Small personal first aid kit

  • Medicine bag
